Li-Fraumeni Syndrome Awareness Month

Throughout March, non-profit patient support organization Living LFS raises awareness of Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS), a rare genetic predisposition to developing a wide range of cancers. Half of all Li-Fraumeni syndrome cancers occur before the age of 30. Every LFS Awareness Day, March 20th, Living LFS awards hardship grants to help families struggling with the costs of living with LFS. Race Against Kids Cancer

Rocky Mountain Vintage Racing is pleased to announce a 2-year festival series culminating in 2023 with the FV 60th anniversary. RMVR’s Race Against Kids’ Cancer (RAKC), will be at High Plains Raceway where these wonderful cars of all years and vintages are invited to gather to celebrate this class. Switzerland Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

Zoé4life runs the GOLD in September campaign every year since 2013. Geneva’s iconic Jet d’eau is lit up in gold, there are gold ribbon flags on the well-known Mont Blanc Bridge, banners in Lausanne, awareness posters all over the trams and buses in both cities. Importantly, the gold ribbon campaign distributes over 20 thousand ribbons to shops and businesses throughout the region for customers and staff to wear and participate in the awareness campaign. Zoe4life also hosts its major awareness event: Day4life on the 23 and 24 of September.
