Assorted news from the last week: Data from an ongoing Phase 1 Pacific Pediatric Neuro-Oncology Consortium (PNOC) network study sponsored by the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute showed that patients under 18 years of age with relapsed low-grade glioma that had been treated with DAY101 had notable responses:  Of the eight patients with RAF fusions, two patients achieved a complete response by Response Assessment for Neuro-Oncology (RANO), three had a partial response, and three achieved prolonged stable disease.
